Narakka Online Tournament

I'm inviting your clan to our first Narakka server online tournament. As your clan mostly online based, i think this is the opportunity to get some competitive experience and also donate to the server at the same time. Visit http://forums.xhydro.net/index.php?topic=4891.0 for more details.

As part of the donation drive to upgrade the server, I'm opening an online tournament for those team interested. Details of the tournament as follows:

5v5 team matchup event.
Mod=Stock COD4
All perks allowed.
Friendlyfire on (not reflex).

HQ - Overgrown
Timelimit 15minutes
Autodestroytime 60secs
Capturetime 20secs
Destroytime 10secs

Domination - Ambush
The first reaches scorelimit of 200 wins

Sabotage - Wintercrash
The first reaches scorelimit of 2 wins
Timelimit 2 minutes
Bombtimer 30 secs
Planttime 2.5 secs
Defusetime 5 secs
Player spawn delay 3.5 secs

All participants are required to use Xfire.
Participants will be ask to join a chatroom which will created by me via Xfire during the duration of the tournament, for communication purposes.

Registration fees: RM50 per team of 5 person (RM10 per person only).
Payment via: GIRO transfer.

Fixture: 1 match versus against all the other team, league based.

Prize:
Winner gets 30% of total fees collected.
2nd team gets 20% of total fees collected.
3rd team gets 10% of total fees collected.

Date: To be confirmed. A one day saturday/sunday games only. (8 Aug/9Aug/15 Aug/16 Aug).
Time: To be confirmed. Morning to Evening only. 9am-8pm.
Venue: To be confirmed. Not the public server definitely.

Gamers Reporting Time:

1. Participants who are late for more than 5 mins after the given game commencement timing will have to start halfway through the game.
2. Teams that do not have the full squad present shall not be disqualified but they are still required to start the game, by the commencement timing, should they be late for the game.
3. Participants who are late for their team's game are still allowed to join in halfway thru the match.

Unfair Play and Un-sportsmanlike conduct:

1. Use of hack program
2. Intentional disconnection
3. Use of any settings exceeding standard and permitted settings
4. Abuse of any game bugs
5. During the course of any match, the operations staff and/or referee may determine other actions to be unfair play at any time. Intentional unfair game play or exploitation of game bugs will lead to a disqualification in which the decisions will be made by the chief marshal. If the action was deemed unintentional by the referee, the player/team will receive a warning. Accumulation of three warnings will result in a disqualification.
6. Un-sportsmanlike behavior displayed during any match will lead to a warning. Accumulation of three warnings during any match will result in a disqualification
